Shafique is the pioneer of Gallery Tex Ltd. and established the business in 2012. He had a great passion in sports and was playing football at District level. His early exposure to competitive sports instilled in him the fundamental principles of teamwork, perseverance, and goal-oriented thinking that would later prove instrumental in his business endeavors.
With the exceptional commitment of great quality the business experienced remarkable growth, evolving from a domestic operation to an international manufacturing enterprise. The company now serves multiple international markets, including the United States, Italy, and Canada, demonstrating his ability to meet diverse quality standards and regulatory requirements across different regions.

About SM Rafiqul Islam
Rafique is the CEO of Gallery Tex Ltd. and has over 35 years of experience in the Textile Industry in Bangladesh. In his earlier career, he was educated in Aeronautical science and onward served in the related field for nearly two decades. In his career, further education in the field of higher level of management he however turned the first running export business.
Rafique has developed comprehensive expertise across all aspects of textile manufacturing and export operations. His extensive experience encompasses production management, quality assurance, supply chain coordination, and international client relations. In his career he manufactured many branded products for International events nationally and internationally.
SM Mohyminul Islam
Technical Advisor and Local Taiwan Correspondent
About SM Mohyminul Islam
With more than a decade of experience in process engineering, Mohymin is a highly skilled mechanical engineer. He holds a Bachelor’s and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering. Apart from his current role as the Senior Process Engineer at a Taiwanese multinational company, he acts as the technical advisor for Gallery Tex Ltd., Mohymin is instrumental in identifying and rectifying equipment issues, directly contributing to improved production efficiency. He has also actively served as the local Taiwan Correspondent since 2019.

Health Advisor and Local Australian Correspondent
About SM Ridwanul Islam
Ridwan has a health background and has extensive experience in Health Service Management. He is currently working in Brisbane – Australia. He is the advisor of our staff’s health and wellbeing. He is also our local Australian correspondent. His expertise ensures a supportive and healthy work environment, directly contributing to employee productivity and overall company morale.
